Source of Funds: Bank Statement Requirements
To meet regulatory requirements, we need to verify where the funds you use to fund your HY10 account come from.
Bank statements we accept
Your bank statement(s) must:
- Be issued by a regulated bank or financial institution
- Be in your name
- Be recent (issued within the last 3 months)
- Clearly show your full name and account number (or IBAN)
- Show recent account activity
- Clearly show that the funds originate from a verified Source of Wealth you have selected (for example: salary, savings, business income, or investments)
What we don’t accept
We cannot accept bank statements that:
- Are screenshots or cropped images
- Are altered, edited, or unclear
- Do not show the source of incoming funds
- Are issued by unregulated or unknown institutions
Multiple sources of funds
If your funds come from more than one source, you may be asked to upload:
- Multiple bank statements, and/or
- Additional supporting documents linked to your Source of Wealth
